Fee. I acknowledge the flat engagement fee of $150 per Private EIN procurement, payable upon execution of the agency package. Scope. I understand that Tre Capital’s role is a narrow, limited-purpose administrative engagement solely to procure a Federal EIN, and does not include banking, contracts, asset control, tax elections beyond Form SS-4, or any general agency or fiduciary capacity. Authorization. I authorize Tre Capital Trust Administration LLC, by and through its representative, to prepare and submit IRS Form SS-4 on behalf of the entity as Limited-Purpose Administrative Agent, and to receive the resulting EIN Confirmation Notice.
